Ingredients
Beans, black, 2 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato Jalapeno Peppers, .25 cup, sliced Egg, fresh, 2 medium Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 ozGinger Root, 2 slices (1" dia)
Directions
This recipe turned out a little thin. I sprayed the griddle with olive oil spray and just poured the mixture on it. I cut them in pieces when I turned them.
