Barbeque Beef and Biscuits

1 lb ground beef1 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup celery, chopped1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped1/2 tsp salt1 dash black pepper1 can (10.75oz) tomato soup1/2 cup barbeque sauce1 8oz can refridgerated biscuit dough
Brown ground beef with onions, celery and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Add tomato soup and barbeque sauce. Bake uncovered in greased dish for 30 minutes at 400*F. Top with biscuits. Bake additional 15 minutes.
