Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
3/4 cup corn flakes1 can (160 grams) salmon2 tbsp chopped onion1 tbsp capers3 egg whites
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl using hands to break up the corn flakes. Separate the mixture into three portions and shape them into cakes. Cook them in a frying pan over medium heat, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
