Pecan praline encrusted salmon

Atlantic Salmon (fish), 7 ozButter, unsalted, .25 tbsp*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1.5 tsp Honey, .33 tbsp Trader Joe's Pecan Pralines, crushed, 0.125 cupBread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .25 oz
This makes one serving. Feel free to double, or make even more.
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Coat a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and place salmon fillets in the dish. Melt butter in a small bowl and add dijon mustard and honey. Brush the mixture onto the salmon fillets to coat them. Sprinkle crushed pecan pralines onto the salmon fillets and lightly press it down. Sprinkle breadcrumbs to fill in gaps between praline mixture. Lightly press. Cook 10 minutes per 1 inch of thickness on the salmon fillet. Enjoy!
