Ingredients
Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 1 oz (2 tbs)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Garlic, .5 clove (1/2 clove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbspPepper, black, 1 tsp (dash)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Malt Vinegar, .3333 tbsp (1 tsp)Salt, 1 dash
Directions
In a small bowl mix all ingredients together. Makes 2 servings. Toss with you salad for a tasty dressing.

    Given that this dressing doesn't inlcude mayo it's already 10 times healthier than most of the caesar dressings provided on this site. Although the dressing was good it was missing a certain something, though I'm not sure what. I'll be trying others but this was still good. - 9/21/10
