Ingredients
1C Asiago cheese2C Chedder Cheese1 C lowfat sour cream1C 1% Milk1 Pkg Penne pasta Wheat1 Pat of butter3 tbs Olive Oil1 C steamed & purred cauliflower
Directions
melt butter, add 1 tbs flour make a paste, add oil then flour making a rue. Then add gradually cauliflower, cheese ,sour cream, milk. Whip with mixture with electric mixer.Pour cheese over cooked pasta, mix. Season with seasonings you like,top with stewed tomatoes.
