Simple and Easy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
3 chicken breast (skinless and boneless)8 oz sour cream1 can cream of chicken soup3/4 can of water1 sleeve ritz crackers (crushed into crumbs)1 stick butter
Directions
Boil chicken breast until white and tender. Tear chicken breast apart in "bite size" strips. Mix chicken, soup, water, and sour cream in casserole dish. Cook for 20 minutes on 350 degrees. In seperate dish melt butter then add Ritz cracker crumbs. Remove casserole from oven, sprinkle cracker/butter mixture on top of casserole. Place back in oven until golden brown (@10 min)
