Chicken quesadilla

Ingredients
Pre packaged chicken breast stripsonion slicedgreen pepper sliced1/4 cup mozz. cheese2 lo carb wheat tortillassour cream, guacamole (optional)
Directions
Spray nonstick pan with no- stick spray. Add sliced vegetables - cook until tender. Add chicken & cook until warm. Place 1 tortilla on a microwave safe plate, place chicken/veggie mixture on top then top with 1/4 cup mozz. cheese. Place other tortilla on top & microwave until cheese bubbles. Cut into 6 pieces & serve with salsa. For a lighter meal, split it into 2 servings. Adding sour cream or guacamole is yummy but it adds fat and calories.
