PORTABELLA ENGLISH MUFFIN SANDWICH

1 medium portabella mushrooms 2 tsp of Worcestershire saucea dash of Goya Adobo (all purpose seasoning) with cumin1 spray of Pam cooking spray1 Tbsp of pico de Gallo or your favorite salsa1 Tbsp of Queso Fresco or your favorite crumbling cheese.1 tsp of sour cream1 Thomas' Light Multi Grain English Muffin
Rinse Portabellas lightly under water and wipe with paper towel.
Prepare outdoor grill or indoor grill pan.
Don't forget to spray (Pam) non-stick spray.
Whisk together Worcestershire sauceand Adobo seasoning, brush on both sides of Portabella.
Grill your portabellas, covered with grill lid over medium heat (350-400 degrees) for 4 minutes on each side or until tender.
Serve on toasted English Muffin and add other ingredients to taste.
Enjoy.

BRAINYLADYBUG
I am going to try this one because I LOVE portabellas... However.. please don't rinse the mushrooms under water, this causes them to be tougher. Just take a damp towel or paper towel and wipe them off gently. I'll be sure to rate this when I try it.. it SOUNDS delicious. Thanks for sharing. - 11/13/09
