Ground Turkey & Noodles with Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients
1/4 cup Fat Free Italian Dressing1/4 cup soy sauce1 lb lean ground turkey2 cloves garlic, minced2 cups sugar snap peas, halved1/2 yellow pepper, cut into strips1 tomato chopped1/4 cup chopped cilantro(may use parsley)12 oz thin spaghetti, cooked, drained1 cup onion, sliced1 cup mushrooms, quartered
Directions
1. mix dressing and soy sauce
2. cook ground turkey over medium high heat, with garlic, and 1 tbsp dressing/soy sauce mixture. transfer to plate, and set aside.
3. Add sugar snap peas, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and remaining dressing/soy sauce mixture; cook until tender. Return meat to skillet, stir fry one minute.
Remove from heat, stir in tomato and cilantro.
Serve over hot cooked pasta
