Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved4 tbsp of chopped shallotssalt and pepper2 tbsp. olive oil2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
Place Brussels sprouts and shallots in a bowl and toss with salt and pepper. Place mixture on a cookie sheet and roast at 450 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until tender. Remove from oven. Toss with lemon juice.
