Herb Garlic Dip

Ingredients
1 Cup Sour Cream1 Cup Light Mayo2 TBSP Dip mix
Directions
Mix all your ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hours for the spices to infuse the sour cream.

Aprox 40 Cal per TBSP.

You can use light Sour Cream but keep in mind you need a certain amount of fat in your diet. Fat helps to stabalize your blood sugar.
