Ingredients
Directions
1 cup oatmeal ( I didn't have enough slow cookin ones so I used some quick w it)1 cup Whole wheat flour3 medium ripped bananas2 apples cooked until they turn into 'sauce' (I left the skin in there)1 cup 1% milk0.5 cup plain nonfat yogurt.5 cup chopped walnuts1 tsp baking powder.5 tsp bakin sodadash of saltcinnamon powder, I use a lot because I love it!
-Set over @ 400 Bake
-mix liquids
-mix dry ingridients
-add them together but don't over stir because the muffins will get tough.
-pour into your individual sprayed muffin dish and leave in the oven unti cooked.
The time is different but should be around 15-20 mins
You can sprinkle cinnamon or nuts or even frozen fruits on top. I did some of mine with frozen blueberries.
*I was trying to make these as healthy as possible, you might need to make some alterations according to your taste. You can add more nuts or dried fruits, maybe even some brown sugar!
