Cauliflower , Onion & Garlic Puree

Ingredients
1lg Cauliflower (cut into peices)1 onion, green onion, or leek 3 cloves minced garlicsalt & pepper to taste3 tbsp. butter or marjorine1 oz Half & Half cream
Directions
Cook cauliflower and onion in lightly salted boiling water until tender (About 15min.). Drain and put back on hot stove-top to draw out excess water.

Place half the vegetables, garlic, butter and cream in food processor, process until smooth. Repeat with remaining vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste.
