Red Beans and White Rice

Ingredients
3 cans of Dark Red Kidney Beans3/4 cup Frozen Grilled Pepper Blend1 white onion, medium1 tbsp margarine2 tbsp chili powder3 tsp minced or finely chopped garlic1 tsp garlic powder2 tsp black powder1 tsp salt3 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp flour2 tbsp cayenne pepper2 bags of instant white rice
Directions
Melt margarine and olive oil in saucepan. Blend chopped onions, garlic, and bell peppers in food processor. Add mixture to melted margarine and olive oil and simmer. Add spices and seasons to mixture, then stir in flour. Add kidney beans and let simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat. Stir occasionally. Reduce to low heat. Cook rice according to instructions on package.

Serve beans over rice.
