Simple Salmon Loaf

2 14-oz. cans salmon, including liquid1/2 c. egg substitute1-1/2 c. bread crumbs1/4 c. chopped onion (or 2 T. minced dried onion)1 T. no-salt garlic or seafood seasoning1/4 c. lemon juice
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Reserve liquid from canned salmon. Flake salmon in large bowl. Add liquid, egg subsitute, onions,lemon juice, seasoning, and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly.
3. Turn mixture into loaf pan sprayed with non-stick spray and bake for one hour. Makes 10 servings.
Serving suggestion: serve with roasted vegetables sprinkled with garlic vinegar.
