Ingredients
1.25 lbs. Flank steak (cubed)1 box Japanese Curry Roux1 small potato (diced)15 baby carrots (sliced)1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 medium onion (chopped)Cooked rice
Directions
Prepare rice as directed. Brown meat and onions in olive oil. Add carrots & potatoes and engouh water to cover all ingredients. Birng to boil and let simmer for 30 minutes with lid. Add curry roux.
