White Bean Hummus

Ingredients
Directions
1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed2 tblsp lemon juice (half a large lemon)1-2 cloves garlic, to taste1 tbslp tahini1 tblsp olive oilcumin, paprika to taste
Throw all ingredients in a blender and mix until desired consistency. (more water, tahini or olive oil can be added).
I also like to mix it up and throw different herbs in- dill is very nice for an earthy flavor, or you can also add basil, tomoatoes or red peppers (just adjust or cut water so it's not too thin). Makes about two cups- the serving size is 2 tablespoons.
