Easy Beef Stroganoff

1 lb of Top Sirloin Steak cut into small 1" cubes(you can save even more time and buy the meat already cubed in the store!)1/2 C Mushrooms chopped1 10.75 can of 98% fat free low sodium Cream of Mushroom soup1/2 C Nonfat Milk1 cup light sour cream 1/2 cup onion diced1 clove garlicsalt and pepper to taste
On med heat in a nonstick skillet season and brown meat along with onions, garlic and mushrooms. In a seperate bowl mix together soup milk and sour cream mix until smoothe. When all the meat is brown turn heat to low and add soup mixture, stir to combine and cook for another 10-15 min until sauce is thick and smoothe. Serve over rice or noodles. (calorie count doesn't include noodles or rice.)

The taste was VERY GOOD! Unfortunately, the beef tips I used were tough and grainy, taking away from the overall meal. I used 2% milk and minced garlic, but, as I stated, the taste was great. I mixed it with angel hair pasta, as that was all I had. So, my calorie/fat content was a little higher. - 8/16/10
