Impossible Coconut Pie

Ingredients
2c skim milk3/4c splenda1/2c bisquick baking mix1/4c butter4 eggs1 1/2t vanilla1c flaked or shredded sweetened coconut
Directions
HEAT oven to 350F

BUTTER pie plate, 9x1 1/4 or 10x1 1/2 inches.
PLACE all ingredients in blender. Cover & blend 15 sec on high speed. Pour into pie plate.
BAKE 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown & knife inserted in center comes out clean.
