Ingredients
120 g onion, 1 c veg broth plus 1c water or 2 c veg broth, 1/2 c tomatos, 1/2 T crushed red pepper, 80g carrots, 1.5c kidney beans, 100g celery, 1/2T garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste and cilantro to garnish
Directions
makes four 1 cup servings. chop all veggies into small chunks. heat broth and seasonings in pan and add veggies. cook until tender.
