Italian tofu bake

Ingredients
3 cups egg noodles or similar small noodles1 pkg tofu (I used pesto tofu)1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed1 can artichoke hearts, chopped1 28oz can crushed tomatoes1 T italian seasoning
Directions
Combine ingredients in a casserole dish, bake 40 minutes or until noodles are soft at 375 degrees.
