Carrot &Veggie Salad

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated (remove)Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) (remove)1/2 Envelope Onion Soup Mix, 1 serving (remove)Sour Cream -publix light, 8 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Grate carrot, chop up broccoli and celery place in bowl, mix 1 envelope Onion Soup mix in 8 oz light sour cream. Use HALF of this mixture in carrot veggie mix. (the other half can be used as dip for other raw veggies) Mix and enjoy!
