I love this recipe , the only thing they didn't crisp up enough for my family. I put one in the toaster and it came out nice and crispy. Will definitely make again. They are very tasty :) - 1/17/16

Very tasty! I made these for Mother's Day brunch and got rave reviews. No one would have known they were "healthy." I have a large restaurant-style belgian waffle maker and it needed almost a full cup of batter per waffle, but we still got plenty of waffles from this recipe. Yum! - 5/11/08
