Low Fat, High Fibre Raisin Branana Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour1 c white flour2 3/4 c Kellogg's All Bran Buds1 c brown sugar1/2tbs baking soda1/2 tbs cinnamon2 c nonfat milk, soured with 1tbs lemon juice1 med banana, mashed1 snack size container unsweetened applesauce2 eggs1tbs molasses1/2 c raisins
Directions
-preheat oven to 375F
-mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl
-whisk together wet ingredients,
-add wet ingredients to dry and stir JUST until mixed, folding in raisins last (mixture should still be lumpy)
-bake in lined muffin tins for ~20mins
-makes 24 muffins (can be frozen)
