Shady Brook Turkey Breast Chops, 8 serving Great Value Corn Flakes, 2 cup 365 Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs, 0.25 cup *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz *Egg white, 1 serving Paprika, 4 tsp Oregano, ground, 2 tsp Chili powder, .75 tsp Garlic powder, .5 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, .125 tsp (1/8 tsp)Dry Mustard, .125 tsp (1/8 tsp)
Beat egg white with evaporated milk. Place chops in mixture.
Let stand at least 5 minutes.
Meanwhile crush corn flakes and mix with bread crumbs & spices.
Remove chops from milk and coat with corn flake mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until no longer pink.
Serving size is 1 chop.
