Ingredients
1 15 0z can of black beans rinsed1 tomatoe1/4 bunch of cilantro (to taste)1 bunch of green onions1 jalapeno pepper (optinal)21 Kalamata olivesjuice of one lime1 tbsp olive oilSalt to taste2-3 large garlic cloves grated1 inch piece of fresh ginger grated
Directions
Chop tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, and green onions and mix with rinsed beans. Add the remaining ingreadients and enjoy.
