Ingredients
1 cup milk or cream1/2 cup of berries1 bananna
Directions
cut up the bananna into small pieces. chose your favorite type of berries and you can use them either fresh or frozen. put all of your ingredients into the blender and lock it into place. blend the ingredients ontil they are completely mixed and smooth in consistency.
