Protein Powder Power Up Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites-.1 cup of cottage chz- 1/2 serving of whey protein ( Optimum vanilla)- 1/4 cup oatmeal- 1/2 tsp canola oil- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
* Makes 1 serving which is 2 pancakes**

-blend all ingredients but the eggs
-fold in beaten egg white
-use cooking spray on griddle and cook until both sides browned.

ENJOY!
