Avocado spread/dressing

Ingredients
1/2 large avocado1 T. lemon juice1/8 t. salt1/8 t. chili powder1 clove garlic, crushed3/8 cup lowfat buttermilk
Directions
Makes 1/2 cup, or four 2-Tablespoon servings.

Mix it all up in a little blender! Use more buttermilk to make it more like a dressing, or less buttermilk to make a stiffer spread. YUM!
