Braised Swiss Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds beef round steak in serving pieces29 ounces canned, diced tomatoes1 1/2 cups sliced onions1/4 teaspoon pepper1 cup beef broth
Directions
Mix all but beef in a dutch oven. Put the beef pieces over top. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until beef is tender.

NOTE: This can be put in a crockpot and cooked on low for about eight hours or baked in oven at 350* for a couple hours.
