creme of broccoli soup

Ingredients
2 stalks broccoli, chopped2 cloves garlic2 T. butter14 oz can lite coconut milk14 oz. chicken broth (more or less as desired)3 drops of mild tabasco sauce
Directions
Cook broccoli & garlic in broth just until soft -- if you cook it too long the broccoli will loose it's bright green color. Turn off heat. Puree with immersion blender. Add butter & coconut milk & blend some more. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
