Ingredients
2 cups Rhubarb diced1/2 cup sugar or brown sugar (nutritional info based on granulated sugar)15 ml water
Directions
Cook all ingredients for 15 minutes and blend it in a blender.

That's it ! You should have about 1 cup of jam.

    5ml is equal to 1 teaspoon, so 15 ml = 3 teaspoons or 1 Tablespoon. Good, simple recipe. I think it would also work for any fruit. - 7/3/09
