Ingredients
# Red Ripe Tomatoes, 794 grams (remove)# Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)# Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 6.5 oz (remove)# Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drained (remove)# Garlic, 5 clove (remove)# Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)# Anchovy (anchovies), 1 anchovy (remove)# *Mueller's Penne Rigate pasta, 3 cup (remove
Directions
Saute garlic, anchovy and red pepper flakes until the garlic is soft and fragrant, careful not to burn it. Add tomatoes- I use a large can of whole peeled tomatoes and crush them with my hand- use all liquid in can. Slice olives in half and add- I actually use black kalamata. Add capers. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add cooked pasta, mix and serve.
