Veggie Muffins

3 eggs1 cup flour1 cup milkabout 2 cups frozen or fresh vegetables, cooked or steamed ( I veggie loaded mine)about 1/4 cup cheese if desired and also spices to taste
Mix eggs and milk til well blended. Add in spices. Add Flour and blend together. Add in cooked vegetables and cheese if desired. Grease a muffin pan and fill muffin pan with vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min or until golden brown. During the last 5 min I put more cheese on top of mine. Enjoy!
