Taco Time Fit Hit Bowl Copycat

Ingredients
Brown Rice, short/medium grain, 1/2 cupBlack beans, 1/2 cupChicken, chunked in can, 1/3 of 12.5 oz can1/4 of medium tomato, chunked1 tbsp red onion1/4 cup salsa2 tbsp cilantro(last three ingredients to taste)You can also add low fat sour cream or plain yogurt and/or avocado as desired (not included in calorie counts)
Directions
Cook rice and cool. Add in layers in bowl: rice, beans, chicken, tomato, onion, salsa and cilantro. Make rice in large batches so that the prep time is only 10 minutes. Enjoy!
