Cheesy Cauliflower Picnic Salad

Ingredients
6 cups fresh cauliflower florets1c. fat free mayonnaise1c. 2% milk -cheddar or mexican cheese, shredded1 envelope Good Seasons Zesty Italian salad dressing (dry mix)
Directions
Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Sprinkle the cheese over the cauliflower, spoon the mayonnaise over the cheese & sprinkle the dry italian dressing over the mayo. Cover tightly and allow to chill in the refrigerator 12-24 hours. Mix all ingredients together before serving. Serve as a side dish or a light lunch on fresh greens. Makes 8 servings.
