* Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 3.5 cup * Milk, nonfat, 3 cup * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp * *Flour, white, 3.5 Tablespoons * Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
Makes approximately 7.5 cups. One serving = 1 Cup
Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour until mixed thoroughly. Add milk. Heat to almost a boil.
Add V8 juice, and heat through. Add salt and spices as desired (parsley, onion powder, garlic powder).
