Ruffo Steak Kabobs

Ingredients
Black Pepper (to taste)Dried Onion Flakes (to taste)1 Onion1 Green Bell Pepper1Red Bell Pepper1Yellow Bell Pepper1 Zucchini1/4 cup Mushrooms (fresh)2 Beef round steaks2tbsp Kona Coast Pineapple Teriyaki Marinade (for the meat)2tbsp Kona Coast Pineapple Teriyaki Marinade (for the grilling)
Directions
Marinade the steak in the teriyaki for 30 minutes or more. Add pepper (course ground) and onion to the marinade to taste. Place in fridge and move on to cutting the veggies when closer to time to prep the kabobs

This is a good time to get your fire VERY HOT... start the grill! (clean and prep as required)

Cut all vegetables and meat to fit on skewers (your preference on sizes of strips or what will fit on your grill

Add an additional 2 tbsp marinade into a bowl for dressing the kabobs once on the grill (keep them moist!)

Add kabobs to the grill turning once to cook thoroughly (apply marinade to keep the meat and veggies moist during the cooking! Do not let them burn

Serves four! Enjoy
