This salad sounded so strange but I have a ton of lemon cuckumbers from the garden so decided I'd give it a try. Oh my.... I'm addicted to this salad!!! It's sooooo good and refreshing. Great for a little snack when I get the munchies. Thanks for the great recipe, I've already shared the recipes. - 8/16/09

This salad sounded different enough that I just had to try it! I changed it just slightly by putting in more apple, not as much onion, and substituted lime juice for the lemon. I also added 3 crumbled up turkey bacon strips....it made a great lunch! Will make this again! - 6/18/09

This is an excellent idea for a salad. Used lime juice also. Will try it with the turkey bacon next time and put in 1/2 pita. Quick and tasty lunch. Thanks. - 6/21/09
