Sauteed Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
asparagus, vidalia onions, olive oil, chicken broth, butter substitute spray, zucchini
Directions
cut all vegetables into large slices, coat pan with spray and thin layer of oil, add vegetables and begin to saute, add broth as oil cooks off the pan, cover, reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes, drain broth before serving
