Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1-lb ground turkey1 meduim onion1 meduim bell pepper3/4 cup uncooked brown rice1 can diced tomatoes or stewed2 cups water salt and blacked pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground turkey chopped onions and bell pepper. Drain off fat. Add rice, tomatoes, water salt. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
