Marcia's Taco Salad

Ingredients
3 Tbls Olive Oil16 oz Ground beef, extra lean 6 tsp *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning 3/4 cup Chopped onions 3 cups Del Monte Diced Tomatoes 2 cups Diced celery1 cup *Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese 16 cups Shredded lettuce 2 cups Salsa1 cup Light Sour Cream 8 Tbls Sliced black olives
Directions
Makes 8 nice sized Taco Salads

1 Brown onion, celery, and ground beef i olive oil
2 Add tomatoes and taco seasoning and cook until consistency thickens
3 Add shredded cheese and stir
5 Mix salsa and sour cream together in bowl
6 Place 2 cups shredded lettuce on plate
8 Top each salad with about 1 cup of taco mixture
9 Top each taco salad with 1/3 cup Salsa/Sour cream mixture
9 Top each salad with 1 Tbls sliced black olives
