Dice onion, ham, and bell pepper. Dump everything into a large zip lock bag and press air out. Place bag into boiling water for 20 minutes.

    Regardless of vegetarian recipe or not, the calories for just the Eggbeaters is off. 1 cop (US) = 16 tbl (US) = 5.33 Eggbeater servings = 106.6 cal. 1 cup (metric) = 16.907 tbl (US) = 5.64 Eggbeater servings. I'll re-do recipe and try the bag trick. - 3/16/13
