Cornbread (Flourless)

Ingredients
2 c cornmeal, preferably wholegrain1/4 c bulk Splenda4 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt4 eggs3/4 c skim milk
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, then stir in eggs and milk until well blended. Turn into well-sprayed 11X7 baking dish. bake at 375 for 20-25 min until tests done. Let cool about 10 min, then cut into 12 pieces.
