Strawberry Protein Shake

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt1/2 cup frozen strawberries (better if frozen!)1/4 cup skim milk1/2 teaspoon vanilla1/2 teaspoon Splenda (Use additional to adjust the tartness.)1/2 scoop EAS unflavored protein powder
Directions
Makes one 8 ounce serving.

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add additional Splenda if needed to adjust tartness.

Drink immediately or place in the refrigerator.
