Cajun Chicken

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts4 Oz Whole Wheat Penne Rigate Pasta5 Oz Baby Spinach1/2 Cup Skim Milk1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning1 Tbsp Butter Buds1 Tomatoe - diced
Directions
*Spray skillet with Cooking Spray

*Prepare pasta according to package directions. Set aside.

*Coat Chicken Breast with Cajun Seasoning.

*Cook Chicken breast 5-6 minutes on each side until done. Set aside. Wrap in foil to keep warm.

*Add Milk, Pasta, Spinach, Cajun Seasoning and Butter Buds to skillet. Mix well, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

*Add one portion pasta mixture and 1 chicken breast per plate. Top with diced tomatoes for color.

Serve & Enjoy.
