Lays Salmon Fillet

Ingredients
1 Salmon Fillet2 Tbs of butter2 Tbs of mayo2 Tbs of Parmesan1 tsp of garlic salt2 Tbs of parsley ( I use fresh but dried is fine)1 handful of Lays Potato Chips (I prefer wavy)
Directions
Combine butter, mayo, parmesan, parsley and garlic salt together in a bowl mix well.
Rinse Salmon and pat dry. Place sheet of foil on baking pan with NO spray on the foil, you want the skin to stick during baking.
Add the mixture on top of the salmon and crunch up the chips and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes uncovered.
