Potato Gratin, Very Low Fat

Garlic, 3 cloves 1 onion2 Knorr Stockpot chicken dissolved in approx 500 ml boiling waterNutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Raw Potato, by weight, 800g
Pre-heat oven to 200C
Peel and slice potatoes very thinly, thinly slice the onion and crush the garlic. Arrange a 1/3 potatoes over base of oven dish, season, sprinkle 1/2 the garlic and 1/2 the onion. Pour over a little of the stock to prevent the potato from discolouring.
Continue layering, ending with layer of potato, pour over the stock and sprinkle with the nutmeg.
Brush the top with the oil.
Cover with foil and bake for approx 1 hr until potatoes are soft. Uncover and cook for another 20 - 30 mins until potatoes are brown and crisp.
