Coconut Ginger Salmon

Ingredients
4 4oz salmon fillets1/4 cup honey2 Tblspoons brown sugar1 Tblspoon orange juice1/2 Tspn fresh ginger1/2 cup coconut
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Mix honey, brown sugar, orange juice, ginger and coconut together. Pour over salmon. Let sit in the refridgerator for 30 minutes.

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
